Thanks for visiting Epoch! Epoch is a commission based business. If our stylist's do not have a client in their chair they are not being compensated for their time. When booking an appointment our stylist is holding that specific time for you. When a client cancels in such short notice we are often unable to rebook that time slot and this directly affects stylists income and livelihood.  

While we completely understand that things happen we please ask to be mindful of this information and if you feel like you will need to reschedule please give us as much advance notice as possible. 

Your card on file will be charged for the following cancellation fees. If your card cannot be charged at time of cancellation you will need to make cancellation payment prior to rebooking.
