Epoch Studio Salon Cancellation Policy
Thanks for visiting Epoch!
These changes are intended to discourage unnecessary last-minute cancellations. We understand that life happens and situations arise that are out of our control and Epoch strives to accommodate last-minute changes fairly. With that said, we are a commission-based salon. Last minute cancellations often leave gaps in our stylists' schedules that prove difficult to fill. Thank you for your help with ensuring that our stylists are fairly compensated for their time and commitment.
If you feel like you will need to reschedule please give us as much advance notice as possible to avoid cancellation fees.
Your card on file will be charged for the following cancellation fees. If your card cannot be charged at time of cancellation you will need to make cancellation payment prior to rebooking.
- cancellation within 48 hours - $50.00
- cancellation within 24 hours - 50% of service total
- No call/no show - 100% of service total
