We understand that you have a particular "look" in mind for your hair. At Epoch we will always do our absolute best to achieve your desired result. However, sometimes those results are not possible or may take multiple visits to achieve what you are looking for. We will write out a tentative hair treatment plan of the necessary steps and a time frame you should expect to attain the look you want. Please be aware that there are many factors to consider when working with hair and the more information you can provide about your hair history upfront can help in achieving your desired results.

If you decide that within 14 days after your original appointment that you are not satisfied with your look we will happily have you back in to the salon and do what we can to make adjustments at no additional cost. Refunds will only be considered after we have been given the opportunity to remedy the situation.

Please keep in mind that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may need to adjust your scheduled services to provide the best quality of work.

15-minute Grace Period

If you need to reschedule an appointment we require that you provide 24 hours notice. If an appointment is missed or 24 hours notice is not given, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
